DownloadSection 3301.164 of the Ohio Revised Code, as established in HB49 compliance. This section of law states: “(A)Each chartered nonpublic school shall publish on the school’s website both of the following: the number of students enrolled in the school by the last day of October of the current school year; (B)The school’s policy regarding background checks for teaching and non-teaching employees and for volunteers who have direct contact with students.”
