Project Overview:
The building of St. Joseph Catholic Church concluded in 1892. Every five to six years the brick and wooden bell tower needs repair due to its design and function. A more permanent solution is needed but is very costly. If this goal is achieved every year for the next five to six years, a virtually maintenance-free structure would be possible.
Calculation:
Church tower needs repaired every five to six years. Last repair was over $81,000. If this goal is achieved over five years; a more permanent solution should be possible.
